Hey everyone!! I created an infographic about the five ways I release stress as a first-year college student navigating UCLA. The quarter system was a huge adjustment for me. Due dates and exams came by so quickly, which was stressful. I would become overwhelmed and overstimulated with all the studying and assignments I would have to complete but having ways to release stress really helped my mental health. There are many other ways to destress, but these are the main ways I released stress.
